"Commercial cleaning" can mean very different things depending on who you ask, and that ambiguity is where a lot of businesses end up disappointed with a provider that technically did what the contract said, just not what they expected.

It's worth asking directly about compliance: is the team insured, are staff police-checked, and are chemicals and equipment appropriate for your industry's safety standards? These aren't add-ons either — they're the difference between a cleaner and a compliant commercial cleaning partner.
When you know exactly what's included, comparing quotes becomes far easier, and there are no surprises three months into the contract when something you assumed was covered turns out not to be.
